An exciting new change has arrived at Wannabees Family Play Town! It’s called the Learning Bees Program.
When attending Wannabees Family Play Town, children will have the option of participating in fun activities with an educational focus – but they’ll just think it’s play.
PLUS attendance comes at no extra charge!
With attendance just once a week, your child will improve their social skills, literacy and numeracy skills.
Our program’s lessons run for one hour. We will run two identical lessons a day. Times are
At Wannabees we’re passionate about combining education and fun! We also realise that schooling can be stressful and difficult in the first years of school.
So we’ve created a variety of programs for children about to start school, and for children who are in school and might need some reinforcement to become better learners. We call this our Learningbees program.
Based on research conducted by Wannabees Family Play Town which demonstrated that role-play environments promote social and emotional skill improvement in children aged 4-6, we have created our Learningbees program.
Our program focuses on early literacy, visual, fine motor, social, and teamwork skills through a variety of fun craft and game activities. Activities are hands on and creative – they will get your child’s imagination buzzing!
There are four units in the Wannabees Learningbees program, each of which runs for 10 weeks parallel to the NSW school term dates. Each unit has a different theme which complements the work students do in the early years of schooling. This helps students gain an advantage in their schooling.
